产品特点：超柔软，高透明度、高光泽度，弹性好，适合盖面，也可以直接印刷。在150℃流动，印刷立体圆角效果非常理想。

组成：进口PVC树脂、进口非邻苯类增塑剂、美国杜邦钛白粉、含环保有机锡稳定剂。

外观：白色细密糊状浆料。

固体含量：100%，170℃不挥发或极微量挥发特性。

适用范围：可渗透性纺织纤维如棉、毛、莱卡布、牛仔布，人造革。

产品特点：干湿擦可达4-5级，耐海水及洗衣粉液浸泡不脱落不爆裂，甲醛不超标、不含八大重金属、不含偶氮颜料、不含危险品和低挥发溶剂。

应用方法：1.可以直接用丝网方法印刷。常温下一年不堵塞网版，以用350目精细网版印刷。

2.可以调入我们提供的色种（色种是高浓度色浆）来使用，以达到需求的颜色。也可以和其他颜色热固油墨来调色。

3.如果油墨表面粘手，可以加入我们提供的表面防粘剂1%，立即改善。

wet rub can reach 4-5degree,resistant to seawater and washing powder soak,no come off, no crack. Formaldehyde is not excessive, on contain heavy mental, azo dye, dangerous products and low-violate solvent.

Application method:1. Can print directly by silk mesh,it will not block the screen for one year at normal temperature.,using 350mesh fine screen to print.

2.It can also add pigments what we offer,in order to meet the need of color.it also can add other color of plastisol ink to adjust the color.

3.If the surface of plastisol ink is sticky, you could add 1% of our anti-sticking agent can improve the effect.
