[应 用]滚筒、圆网、平网、手工印花和喷花多种工艺。
[操作工艺]
浆料+色浆+固色剂,根据实际情况调整(Mesh网布80-120目)印花→干燥
有条件：烘干、热处理(130-150℃,3-5分钟)效果更好。
[注意事项] 每批次货/每次使用前,必须认真试验,确认后方可使用。
1)选择合适的固色剂可以提高印花面的色牢度与摩擦牢度(注意固色剂的时效性) ,避免使用阳离子色浆和助剂。
2)干透后再进行热处理,可以增加牢度。24-48小时后,方可测试牢度。
