四．参考配方

印刷流程：

1.用防升华打底浆第一次刮印2刀（闪烘7秒）第二次刮2刀（闪烘7秒）

2.6200高弹力浆白盖面，第一次刮印2刀（闪烘7秒），第二次刮印2刀（闪烘7秒）第三次刮印2刀（闪烘7秒）

建议水洗：温度40℃~60℃

属于纳米级超细腻打底浆，能使表面盖面更平整，不留纱眼。

五、注意事项：

1、自然干燥时间与气温和空气湿度有关。

2、由于印花面料的多样化，在特殊针织布上印花时先做小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。未确定情况使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责

3、贮存条件：易贮存密闭容器内应避免在低温0℃之下和高温40℃之上。并请在12个月内使用。
