5）手搓不泛白，水洗后手感超柔软，干湿摩擦牢度超好，干擦4级，湿擦3-4级。摩擦痕迹不明显

[应用]滚筒、圆网、平网、手工印花和喷花多种工艺。

[操作工艺]

浆料+色浆+固色剂,根据实际情况调整(Mesh网布80-120目)印花→干燥

有条件：烘干、热处理(130-150℃,3-5分钟)效果更好。

[注意事项]每批次货/每次使用前,必须认真试验,确认后方可使用。

1)选择合适的固色剂可以提高印花面的色牢度与摩擦牢度(注意固色剂的时效性) ,避免使用阳离子色浆和助剂。

2)干透后再进行热处理,可以增加牢度。24-48小时后,方可测试牢度。

[operation technology]

Paste+pigment+fixing agent,according actual situation to adjust(80-120mesh screen)printing→drying

If have condition:stoving、heat treat(130-150℃,3-5minutes)better effect.

[Notes] Every batch of goods /before each use, must have test and use after in certain condition.

1)Choosing appropriate fixing agent can improve the color fastness and friction fastness of printing surface(note the timeliness of fixing agent),avoid using cationic paste and auxiliaries.

2)After drying and then making heat treat, it can increase fastness.After 24-48hours,it can make a test about fastness.
