一．适用：

适用于棉布，莱卡布，涤纶布，高弹丝毛衣料，羊毛料。

二．外观及组成：

1、外观：透明状浆体，丙烯酸聚合物。

2、布氏粘度：120000-140000PS

3、P H值：6.5-7.5

4、固体含量：45±1

三．特性：

手感柔软，弹性好，适合于台面上多套色烫金，针对烫金纸粘附力好,耐水性好。

四．操作应用：

（1）冷烫金浆不用配助剂，建议直接用80目—100目网布。把浆料印到基布上，一般印2-3次，特别注意在第一次印制后浆料需要干透，然后再印下一次，待干后将裁剪好的烫金纸敷在上面，随后用不透底的网板加入帮浆用刮刀在网板对准烫金部位，力度适中来回刮3-4次，注意不能马上起布10-20分钟后方可撕烫金纸（原理是浆与纸下金箔要充分起到交联）

（2）起布后自然干透24小时后可进行60度普通水洗。

五：注意事项：

由于印花面料的多样化，和外界一些不确定的因素，做大货以前先要做小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。未确定情况下使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责。

四．Application of operation

(1)Cold bronzing pulp do not need auxiliaries, suggest that use 80-100mesh directly,print the paste on base,print two times as usual, what need pay more attention to that is paste should be dry completely after first printing and then printing in second,the base should be dry completely.And then put the paper on it.Next，Using un-transparent mesh screen ,adding paste and scraping three-four times,what need to note that do not left cloth immediately, rather than waiting for 10-20minutes and tearing the paper(The principle is that the paste and gold foil should completely crosslink.)

(2)After leaving fabric,natural drying for 24hours and then wash at 60 ℃.

五．Notes
