四．操作应用：

1．本产品一般使用80目120目网布，根据图案的不同丝网一定要绷紧，这一点相当关键：

2．为了保证印制效果，一般不要制作太厚网版，根据厚度不同需要印5—8次，在使用厚网版印刷时印完第一次需待底层干透后再进行第二次印刷，一般印刷3—5次就能达到2-3毫米以上的高度。

3．本产品不易塞网，过稠时可加入适当水浆搅拌均匀进行稀释。

4．在自然风干48小时后，再过温150度8-15秒，过温时尽量将面料过反面。

5．使用时加入1%-2%催化剂或交联剂。

五、注意事项：

1、自然干燥时间与气温和空气湿度有关。

2、调色可根据客户需要颜色的深浅来调入色种的分量，颜色调入太多容易引起掉色现象，色种最好控制在5%之内.

3、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要测试颜色是否会升华到胶浆表面上，以减少不必要的损失。

4、使用本透明产品印花，要稍加白胶浆掺和进行调色印花有利于在纺织品面料上印花着色度饱和，更好发挥透明浆的应用效果

5、由于印花面料的多样化，和一些外在的不确定因素做大货之前先小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。未确定情况使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责.

三．Features :

Strong three-dimensional sense,good edge,high adhesion,high glossiness,good tensile strength,soft hand feel,non-after tack,smooth surface,resistance to washing,resistance to folding,high resistance to tear. Normal temperature folding is 7-8万，low temperature folding is 15-20 万(two-component)

四．Operation application

1.This product usually use 80-120mesh screen, according to different patterns,the silk screen should be tightened, this one is very crucial.

2.In order to guarantee the printing effect,do not use too thick screen as usual,according to different thickness,print 5 or 8 times,when using thick screen to print,print in second time after the base dries completely in first time,as usual ,it can reach 2-3mm when printed 3-5times.

3.This product is not easy to mesh plug,when it is too thick, you could add appropriate water to stir evenly and mildly.

4.After air dry for 48 hours,and overheat at 150℃for 8-15seconds,when in the process of overheating should put the fabric in opposite side.

5.When using it,you could add 1%-2% catalyst or cross-linker.

五．Notes

1.The time of air dry is related to temperature and air humidity.

2.Adjusting color according to shade of color that customers need to add amount of pigment.If add too much it will lead to phenomenon of rubbing off, the amount of pigment should be controlled within 5%.

3.If prints on dark fabric that is easy to rub off, should be test color whether it sublimates on the surface of fabric,in order to reduce unnecessary financial losses.

4.Using clear product to print,should add white paste to adjust color printing,it makes printing looks full and reach the better application effect of clear paste.
