9111单组份隔离防粘浆

该产品为特殊树脂环保型隔离浆，有非常好的隔离防粘效果，主要用于烫金浆和植毛浆花位之间的隔离印花。

一、外观：半透明糊状

二、特性：可直接使用，无需加助剂，使用方便不浪费，有非常好的防粘效果；不会影响胶浆颜色光泽及弹性。能有效隔离金泊或绒毛，保持胶浆表面的清洁，起到防污防粘的效果。亦可直接加入浆料中使用，仿塞网，用量1%-2%，过量加入则会影响牢度。

三、工艺流程：印花（不需烫金或植绒的花位）→自然干燥→印隔离浆9111（印两次四刀）→吹干或自然干燥→印烫金浆或植绒浆→吹干或自然干燥→压金泊或植绒。

四、注意事项：1、胶浆和烫金或植绒工艺一起印制时，9111印刷力度不要过大，否则会影响隔离效果，还可能将隔离浆渗透到不需要隔离的花位上，使套位之间出现洗水翘边的现象。

2、由于9111覆盖浆料表面所产生色差，可以通过水洗复原。
