一、热转移印花机的原理:
热转移印花是近几年来国际上逐渐兴起的一种印染新工艺。首先,用高级印刷技术将特殊的印染(水性或者油性),把所有需要的花色图案印刷到特种的纸上,制成带有各种花式的转移印花机,然后再转移印花机上,将转移印花纸上印有图案的一面与被印织物上,在被印织物上形成所需的各种图案。
本厂引进意大利技术并根据市场需求不断专研、改进、开发ZY系列转移印花机,本机配套自动控边进布器和自动验卷机,使整个印布过程更为方便。
Transfer Printing is a new technology developed during recent years. Firstly, print kinds of pattern on the transfer printing paper through special printing technology (by water-based or solvent-based dye). Secondly, under the action of heat and pressure of heat transferring machine, the sublimated dye will be transferred to the textile which just being printed. By the two steps above, the required patterns are fastened on the textile.
This machine has self-contained automatic selvage-control entrance keeper and automatic inspecting and rolling machine, which make the whole printing process more convenient.
1:整机式主机机架,坚固不易变形、转动,导布机械设计灵巧,操作简便。机器的主要部件主滚筒内部设有内循环系统通过电加热、油导热,使滚筒表面温度控制在±1℃以内。
2:采用PID自动温控仪,自动调节保温电流控制精度高。
3:手动退毯带装置,升降温时脱开毯带,延长毯带使用寿命。
4:本机设有布边纸及垫纸装置,降低毛毯污染,减少清洗次数。
5:转印后之成品免处理,花样色彩鲜明,柔软光丽,保持色质经久不变。
6:印花速度控制采用变频控制。
7:温度范围:220--250℃
1. The principal machine frame is fixed firmly and the rotation and cloth guiding design is smart & convenient. There is an internal circulation system inside roller, which can control roller surface temperature within±1oC through internal electric-heating and oil-heat-transforming;
2. Adopt PID automatic temperature-control instrument, which can automatically keeping high accuracy of electric current control;
3. The manual blanket-belt reversal device can make the blanket-belt runoff when heating up or cooling down, so it can extend service life of the blanket-belt;
4. There is a paper-backing device for selvage-paper, which can decrease the pollution of the blanket, and reduce the cleaning times;
5. The finished fabric does not need any further treatment. The printed fabric is full of vivid & bright color, soft and beautiful outlook, also the printed color is durable.
6. Adopt stepless variable speed control;
7. Printing temperature range: 220-250oC
