油性台板胶Oily Adhesive

由丙烯酸酯类单体在有机溶剂中进行自由基聚合而成的黏稠液体，本品具有平均相对分子量较低，湿润性好，初粘力大，干燥速度快，耐水性好等特点。广泛用于纺织布、化纤、牛仔、尼龙、皮革及塑胶等的重复固定粘合印刷使用。

The viscous liquid is derived by polymerization from the copolymers of acrylic monomer compounds in in organic solvents. The not-easy-split surface is featured with relatively low average molecular weight, good wettability and initial stick force, fast drying and strong resistivity against water etc., widely used in repeated printing of various textile, leather and plastic etc.

1、  外观：淡黄色透明 Appearance:  Light yellow transparent liquid

1.    固含量：40%+/-2   solid content:40%+/-2

2.    粘度：3500-5500厘泊viscosity: 3500-5500 centipoise

3.    残留单体量：1.5%  residual monomer content:1.5%

4.    PH值：6.8   PH value: 6.8

5.    保质期：室温密封十二个月  Validity: Sealing 12 months at room temperature.

二、         特点characteristics

1.     台板表面粘性保持久。粘性好，不易剥离

Long and strong surface viscosity, not easily split.

2.     应用前可将油台胶用溶剂适当稀释，然后再涂到干净的台面上，如果成膜厚度不够可再涂第二层，等完全干后即可使用。

Before use, pls dilute oily Adhesive, and then it could be applied to the clean countertop. If the coat is not thick enough, pls paste again. it can be used after fully dry

3.     广泛应用于纺织布、化纤、尼龙、牛仔、皮革等塑胶等印刷定位。

提示：油性台板胶在开稀时请用甲苯、二甲苯、纯苯、醋酸乙酯或洗板水等溶剂稀释。

注意：以上甲苯、二甲苯、纯苯、醋酸乙酯或洗板水等溶剂内不可以渗加有其他溶剂、特别是醇类型溶剂（如甲醇、乙醇。。。。等及环己酮、天那水等）

Attention: the above mentioned toluene, xylene, benzene, ethyl acetate or a solvent etc. could not be mixed up with other solvents, especially alcoholic solvents, such as clohexanone like

methanol, ethanol and other Thinners etc.
